We have a User who is unable to login to their Office 365 account which is synced to our AD, it has been working correctly for some time before.
When they try to login to "login.microsoftonline.com" or activate the O365 software it shows a “Your account is in a bad state. Please sign in to this account online to address the issue” error message, I have also noticed when viewing their account on the online portal it shows he is not a member of any groups which is should be.
